Data collected
Through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), area of interest and content of the message. The website also records an anonymous count of visits, without cookies and without personal data.
Purposes and legal basis
The data is used exclusively to respond to the request and for any subsequent commercial contact requested by the data subject, on the basis of the consent given and of pre-contractual measures.
Retention
The data is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and any relationship arising from it, and is subsequently deleted.
Recipients
The data may be processed by technical service providers (hosting and email delivery) acting as data processors. It is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of their data, or restriction of or objection to its processing, and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
